Dallas William Dean Mooney, the 8 month old son of Timothy and Hayle Eller Mooney, passed away on Friday, March19, 2021 at his home.  He was born on June 26, 2020 in Quincy, IL.

Dean, as his parents lovingly called him, was the light of their life.  He was the sweetest and happiest in the mornings and when his daddy came home from work.  Dean loved bath time, playing Xbox, watching Cocomelon, and eating all kinds of food.  He was always bouncing and smiling and his smile radiated so much love.  Dean was just starting to walk and enjoyed chasing his friend and puppy, Coach, who was always by his side.  He got his attitude from his father and he didn’t like being in the dark, but his papa Tim always made everything better.  Dean will be forever loved and cherished, and be greatly missed by his family.

He is survived by his parents, Timothy and Hayle Eller Mooney; grandparents, Tim and Tammie Mooney; grandmother, Becky Eller; great grandfather, Jimmy Robinson; great grandmother, Sharon Coose; siblings, Jordan Timothy Mooney, Chance Lee Mooney, Kayden Lane Mooney, Braxton Wayne Mooney, and Kayleigh Mae Mooney; aunts and uncles, Haylee (Cody) Gunder, Alyssa (Phoenix Stamper) Mooney, Devon (Carrie Hampshire) Mooney, Kelsey Gonzales, Jeremy Jones, Kendra Reyes, Kenny Eller, and Trey Doyle; great aunts and uncles, Lisa and Kenneth Irvin, Tina Feenstra and Jason McDonnell, Billie and Paul Scheibe, Kelly and Jon Turnbaugh, Jeff and Liz Lemons, Joey Mooney, Shelley Rauh, and DJ (Shannon) Rauh; and close cousins, Sophia Mooney, Rylin Ward, Weston Gunder, Asher Gunder, along with numerous other cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great grandfathers, Dean Coose and Lewis Mooney; great grandmother, Connie Robinson; grandfather, Willie Otto Feenstra; and great uncle, Johnny Mooney.

A public graveside will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Greenpond Cemetery near Pearl, IL.  Memorials are suggested to be made to the family.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com.  Niebur Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
