Roger Lee Daniels

Roger Lee Daniels, age 49 of Pittsfield, IL passed away Sunday, July 5, 2026, at his home. He was born June 30, 1977, in Springfield, IL to Robert and Vicki Clem Daniels.

Roger graduated from Pittsfield High School and went on to mechanic school in Louisville, KY. He was a truckdriver, working for Dyno Nobel and later drove for Jimmy Carnes. Roger liked to tinker with old cars. Roger was a quiet man who lived a quiet life, and enjoyed being at home.

Roger is survived by his father, Robert Daniels. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vicki Daniels and sister, Robin Smith.

Cremation rites have been accorded, and no services will be held. Memorials are suggested to be made to the family c/o Niebur Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com. Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield is handling the arrangements.
