Robert "Bob" P Strieker

Robert “Bob” P. Strieker, age 60, of Quincy, IL passed away June 8, 2024 at Barry Healthcare and Senior Living in Barry, IL.  He was born July 12, 1963 in Quincy, IL to Paul and Barbara Johnson Strieker.  He married Maxine Harvey on November 13, 1994 in Stillwell, IL and she survives.

Bob grew up in Quincy, IL.  He worked for the Salvation Army in Texas for several years.  Bob enjoyed crocheting, fishing and loved his tablet and especially enjoyed playing games on it.  He loved the Chicago Cubs and was a huge fan.  He loved spending time with his grandkids. He could be a little stubborn but always had a huge smile for everyone and cared for his family. 

Bob is survived by; his loving wife, Maxine; children, Barbara (Thomas) Hunter, Michael Finley, Henry Finley, and Mary Goodwin; seven grand children; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Jackson; and sister, Dolly Good.

He was preceded in death by; his parents, Paul and Barbara Strieker; brother, James Strieker; and two grandchildren in infancy.

Cremation Rites have been accorded and a service will be held at a later date.  Memorials are suggested to the family c/o Niebur Funeral Chapel.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com.  Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry, IL is handling the arrangements.
