Mary Moyer Obituary

Mary L. Moyer, age 93, of Barry, IL passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022, at Barry Community Care Center. She was born July 6, 1928, in Barry, IL to George E. and Maude Lippincott Sparrow. Mary married Frank R. ‘Bob’ Moyer January 25, 1947, and he preceded her in death December 14, 2009.

Mary is survived by son, Richard K. (Teddy) Moyer of Plainville, IL; and daughter, Julie A. Moyer of Barry, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Maude Sparrow; daughter, Barbara Sue Moyer; and sister, Lottie Mae Sparrow.

Services will be held privately with burial at Park Lawn Cemetery in Barry, IL. Memorials are suggested to be made to Quincy Humane Society or Hannibal Humane Society. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.nieburfh.com. Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry is handling the arrangements.
