Jill (Frazier) Clement

Jill Frazier Clement, age 63 passed at her home in Springfield, Illinois on September 21, 2025, with the company of family. Jill was born on August 10th, 1962, at Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield, IL to parents Roger & Ina Strother Frazier. Jill married Steve Clement on the 13th of July 1996, at First Methodist Church in Springfield, Illinois.

Jill graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1980. Jill continued her education at Quincy College, Quincy Illinois, and Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois. Jill was employed by the Illinois State House of Representatives and also Saputo’s Italian Restaurant. Jill was a member of Douglas Avenue United Methodist Church, which she was active in until her illness. Jill loved her family, friends & life. Jill loved to cook, eat and entertain. She was very active, going to the health club daily. Jill loved to travel nearly everywhere, especially to if it included a beach. She swam with dolphins in Hawaii, snorkeled off Kaanapali Beach on Maui and Jamaica beaches.

Jill is survived by her loving husband Steve, son Jack of Springfield, Illinois, daughter Madelyn of Creswell, Oregon, and mother Ina Frazier of Pittsfield, Illinois. Jill is also survived by three older sisters, Gina (Mike) Welbourne, Jonie (Mark) Gerard, Jane Frazier, and two younger sisters, Sandy (Brian) Curless, and Jennifer (Bill) Hull. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Frazier.

Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Wilson Cemetery in Perry, IL. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield, IL. Memorials are suggested to be made to Wilson Cemetery or Alzheimer’s Association. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com.
