Erin M. (Hall) Poor

Erin Marie Poor, age 43 of Pittsfield, IL passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023, at her home. She was born January 9, 1980, in Pittsfield, IL to Roger and Christine M. Altheide Hall. Erin married Jeremiah J. Poor on October 10, 1997, in Pittsfield, IL and he preceded her in death June 3, 2015.

Erin was a 1998 high school graduate and went on to work at County Market and Ascend. She attended Pittsfield Assembly of God Church. Erin was a loving and caring mother who dearly cherished spending time with her family. She loved hard and freely and was a dedicated wife, mom, daughter, sister and aunt who will be dearly missed by all. Erin enjoyed watching movies and cooking for her family.

Erin is survived by sons, Joseph (Brianna Thomas) Poor and Samuel (Annabell Brown) Poor, both of Pittsfield, IL; parents, Roger and Tina Hall of Pittsfield, IL; sisters, Nikki (Kermit) Barker of Bethalto, IL and Sarah (Chris) Seymoure of Pittsfield, IL; nephews, Carter, Tyler and Christopher; nieces, Hadley and Eliott; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive; and her beloved chihuahua, Odie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeremiah Poor; grandparents; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to be made to the family c/o Niebur Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com. Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield is handling the arrangements.
