Alisha N. Stolte

Alisha N. Stolte, age 29, of Ursa, IL passed away on July 18, 2022 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.  She was born on March 12, 1993 in Quincy, IL to William Stolte and Cindy Minear.

Alisha graduated from Pittsfield High School in 2011.  She began working towards becoming a CNA during high school and received her certification shortly after.  She worked at Barry Community Care Center and Liberty Village as a CNA before beginning at Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Alisha was very vibrant and always had a beautiful smile on her face.  She never failed to make the people around her laugh, smile, and feel good. She had lots of friends and enjoyed a fun night out.  Alisha loved her two boys very much and cherished time spent with them skating, swimming, going to the park, and reading books.  She shared her love of Taco Bell with her sons as well as with her partner in life, Perry.  She and Perry spent a lot of their time together at home or riding around and listening to music, and they also loved going to the movies.  Alisha will be remembered not only for her sense of humor, but also for how selfless, kind, and sweet she was.  She will be missed immensely by all of those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children, Haydn Turner and Lincoln Manker; her life partner, Perry Manker; mother, Cindy Minear Howard of Baylis, IL; father, William Stolte of Baylis, IL; brothers, Brandon (Ashley) Stolte of Pittsfield, IL, Greg Howard of Baylis, IL, Stephen Howard of Baylis, IL, and Johnny (Nikki) Bryant of Baylis, IL; sister, Haley (Jaleel) Howard of Kentucky; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and uncle, Robert Minear.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials are suggested to be made to her two sons c/o Perry Manker.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com.  Niebur Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
