The class of 1958 has lost a great classmate, friend, veteran, and an all around nicest guy you would ever meet !                                               The contagious genuine smile on the obit is exactly how he was during conversations, work, etc. anywhere you met him.                                                                  He was one of the best trout fisherman by having the natural feel/touch for getting his limit`s that he must have inherited from his dad Herbert {DUFF} Schulz an all around fisherman .       Jerry will sorely be missed in our communities and the legion 222 will give him full military rites that he deserves so much.                                                                                            i am sorry that i cannot be in attendance as am out of town that particular week and giving our condolences for all that that have lost a family member, and a great friend.                  We of military salute you !                 R.I.P. pal, uou are & will be remembered !

Mr Schulz was one of the greatest, most caring men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.  He was one of the great reasons I love Pike County so much.  I cherished our time in the spring turkey woods together and will miss him dearly and think of him often.

Dear Schulz Family, I went to school with Jerry, Rita Sue, and Mary and Judy. My heart breaks for you all and the tears are flowing. But I know Jerry is being comforted by Jesus and all his friends and family who welcomed him in Heaven.      Jim L. and Kathryn Howard Smith
