JoEllen and Family, Mike and Mark and Families: I am so saddened to hear of Courtney’s passing. I have many fond and fun memories of our time together while he attended Griggsville elementary and high school. He always made us laugh with his very clever wit. He will be greatly missed in the community. My prayers will be with your families during this very difficult time. Farewell, my friend!

Jo & Family,
Sorry for your loss ! Courtney was a quite man. He didn’t have much to say, but when he did you listened.  In the past years he talked to me more and I owe that all to Jo Ellen. He was a different man.  I enjoyed our times at Casablanca and going out to dinner with the gang.
He will be missed by all.

Courtney, his family and caregivers have been in my prayers over the past weeks and will continue for his family.  I didn't know Courtney well when he came to PHS but our mothers would remind me that they (we) were together in the maternity ward at Illini.  ha.  I know firsthand that he was very professional and understanding in the way he handled the real estate business.  He became a good friend.  We will greatly miss him.
PS.  I am out of town this week so will not be able to attend the visitation or funeral but I will be thinking of you JoEllen and "boys".   Take care.
