Beulah M. Dunham, age 97, of Pittsfield, IL passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. She was born on August 10, 1922 in Naples, IL to Jesse and Lulu Williams Smith.  She married Earl Dunham in 1942, and he preceded her in death.

Beulah was a farm wife and worked as a cook at the East Pike schools. Beulah worked at Boone Hospital Center and as a caregiver.  She also worked at Walmart in Quincy and Branson.  She was a member of the Detroit United Methodist Church and liked reading, quilting, and puzzle books.  Beulah was a great cook and she was dearly loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them the most.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Denny (Mandy) Moore of Pittsfield, IL, Kenny (Amber Christensen) Moore of Box Elder, SD, and Vincent Moore of Pittsfield, IL; great grandchildren, Skyler Moore, Katilyn Moore, Amber Moore, Joshua Moore, Autumn Moore, Aubrey Zumwalt, Ashlynn Zumwalt, Brennen and Angelo; great great grandchildren, Greyson Rose, Ryver Rose, Paisley Howland, and Krew Zumwalt; and sister, Helen Scranton of Hersmann, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Lulu Smith; husband, Earl Dunham; children, Nancy Moore, Daniel Dunham, and Terri Dunham; great great grandson, Waylon Rose; and siblings, Leroy Smith in infancy, Margaret Roberts, Cecil Foster, John Smith, and Glenna Smith.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 11:30 AM at Griggsville Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to be made to Detroit United Methodist Church.  Online condolences may be left to the family at  Niebur Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Beulah was my "other mother" and I loved her. She set an example for me as a wife, Christian and fun person to be with. I will miss her and regret not being able to be there due to travel restrictions.
