Please accept our deepest condolences, from the Brockmanns. Although we have not seen Carl in many years, we remember him fondly from our youth when we went to visit him and his family and other cousins in Paris.

Aaron, Josh, Abby
I met your parents when Aaron was one years old. They became our best friends for the ten years I was there. Your dad was so funny he would make the weirdest sounds when hunting. I remember me on the piano at summer hill and he was on the guitar helping with song service and leading that song I feel the rain he would chuckle when. We did that song because I would Jazz it up Jerry Lee Lewis style and he would just rolled laughing during song service.
The fishing trips the making of duck decoys the delivering a baby sheep episode. The youth convention they had at the church lol.He was just Carl I remember Carl who loved the Lord with all his heart and soul who loved his boys and was so happy when finally that girl came along.
Even tho we haven't spoken in years we all went our separate ways but I will always hold those memories dear to me his family and my family we always together especially after church on Sunday we would alternates Sunday for after church lunch at our home or there's.
Carl you are in heaven now and I know your singing with the Angels and doing some fishing lucky you. You will be miss buddy and one day we shall see you again.

My deepest sympathy to the Forbis family. I had the privilege of going to school with Carl growing up at Paris. I’m so glad I was able to visit with him at our 40th class reunion. Growing up he was a very kind person. Many prayers to his wife, kids, grandchildren, Ruth, Mary, Larry and Ron.
