Judith Ann Standley Foutch, age 73, of Pittsfield, IL passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at her sister’s residence, with her sister, Susan, and daughter, Chanda, by her side after a brief battle with cancer.  She was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on September 18, 1946, the second child of Robert Edward and Jean Strickland Standley of North Easton Massachusetts.  Judith married Duane Lynn Foutch, and they had one daughter, Chanda Foutch Smith.

Judy graduated from San Luis Obispo High School in San Luis Obispo, California in 1964.  She went on to work for AT&T as a telephone supervisor for 26 years before retiring in 1992 due to health problems.  Judy was a member of Candlelight Quilters and Hannibal Quilters Guild.  She was a member of HCE, the Red Hat Society, and Women’s Club.  She was also a member of the Pittsfield United Methodist Church and Rebekah Circle.  Judy loved people, and was a very kind and gentle soul.  She greatly enjoyed the congregations of both the Pittsfield Church of the Nazarene and the Pittsfield United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Chanda (Troy) Smith of Milton, IL; grandchildren, Bradley (Kelsey Lehr) Smith, Mayci Smith, and Eric Smith, all of Milton, IL; brother, Robert E. Standley Jr. of Seattle, WA; sister, Susan Standley Cox of Pittsfield, IL; nieces and nephews, Steven Cox, Debbie (Curt) Renoud, Melissa (John) Hoffman, Robert E. Standley III, and Scott Standley; and numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Jean Standley; brother-in-law, Carroll Cox; and numerous aunts and uncles.

A funeral services will be held privately and interment will be at Green Pond Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to be made to Pittsfield United Methodist Church or the Pittsfield Church of the Nazarene.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.nieburfh.com.  Niebur Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
